Fourth of July in Lake County is right around the corner! Every year, Lake County goes all out with festive fireworks and star-spangled markets, parades and live music. This year, with the Fourth falling on a Tuesday, the weekend celebrations are plentiful!
To help plan your holiday festivities, we’ve rounded up the best Fourth of July weekend events in Lake County. Head out to fireworks, street fairs or wine tasting – there is something here for everyone!
Saturday, July 1st
The 65th Annual Redbud Parade and Festival
Redbud Park beginning at 11am
Once again, the Lakeshore Lions Club is kicking off Fourth of July with their annual parade, carnival and fireworks! The parade will begin at Redbud Park at 11am and will proceed down Lakeshore Drive to Austin Park. This year’s parade theme is “Rocking Lake County” with a free concert at 7pm and fireworks after dark. The Lakeshore Lions Club supports endless notable causes in the Lake County community.

Kickin’ in the Country Street Dance with Groovy Judy
Downtown Kelseyville 6pm-10pm
Join Groovy Judy to kick it in the county up in Kelseyville on Saturday! Dance, groove and laugh the day away to some classic rock, Groovy Judy originals, soul, and funk! This is an Independance Weekend special event!
Breaker One 9 Live at The Mercantile
The Mercantile by Shannon Family of Wines 4pm-7pm
Breaker One 9 is set to play the best in contemporary, outlaw, and classic country music at The Mercantile to kick off Independence Weekend. Dinner from Middletown Ag Boosters is a fundraiser that will support the local youth in 4H and the Middletown High School Agricultural Department. There will be great music and great wine!
Clearlake Concert Series: Def Leppard Revisited & Journey Revisited
Austin Park in Clearlake 7pm-9pm.
Head bang your way into the Independance Day weekend with these fun revival bands! The Lakeshore Lions and Lionesses will have a bounty of food, beverages, and beer available to purchase.
Racing & Fireworks at the Lakeport Speedway
Gates open at 3:30pm // Fireworks at 9:30pm
The Lakeport Speedway is a ¼ mile track that is considered to be the tightest track on the West Coast! Come watch the race at 5pm and stay for the fireworks at 9:30pm.
Clearlake Fireworks Show
Austin Park at 9pm
The grand conclusion of the 65th Annual Redbud festival ends with a BANG!
Sunday, July 2nd
Konocti Vista Casino Fireworks
Konocti Vista Casino // Lawn opens at 6pm
Heads over to the hotel lawn overlooking the Marina for a firework spectacular! There will be a full bar and BBQ available for purchase at the Marina. The firework show will begin at 9:30pm.
Clearlake Oaks Fireworks
Clearlake Oaks Boat Ramp at 9:30pm
Situated at the Clearlake Oaks Boat Ramp, this firework show is fun for the whole family. Bring your blankets and picnics for this patriotic event.
Tuesday, July 4th
Lakeport Street Fair
Library Park 11am-10pm
Join in on the 4th of July fun with craft vendors, food trucks, and beer & wine booths! Stay for the fireworks at 9:30pm over the lake. This is the classic Lake County firework show you don’t want to miss.
Wednesday, July 5th
Paella Night
Six Sigma WInery 5pm-7pm
Six Sigma wines pair brilliantly with Spain’s most famous dish – Paella!
The combination of saffron, paprika, and various meats and seafood makes Six Sigma’s paella nights exceptionally delicious. Join them for an evening of wine and food under the stars.
