Olof Cellars was founded by Eric and Cindi Olof in the year 2000 and was officially bonded as a winery in 2009. We began production with only 20 barrels, and 500 cases. Since then we have remained, and plan to remain making small, limited productions; as we take pride in our wines being fully Estate grown, with the exception of our desert wine. Some of our varietals, such as our Petite Verdot, produce as little as one barrel. We believe in quality over quantity and we want our customers to enjoy the uncommon, delightful experience our wines have to offer.
